I am the poster child for this brain-dead generation. No really. I am. Most of the time I wander around in a daze, with a completely blank mind, desperately trying to find something entertaining. I need outside stimulation to keep me humming. It's kind of like I'm a robot, but instead of feeding off a nebulous battery source or mystical core, I'm powered by things that interest me. So I try to surround myself with things I love, things that foster thought and creativity. There always has to be something to lend inspiration to my otherwise dull life. So I stack my room with books and art, immerse myself in music, all in an attempt to keep me moving and thinking.
Very nice! The tennis shoes, Valour ... good work.
ReplyDeleteSexy work. I was gonna say good work but it sounded so cliche. SO yeah... Sexy work!
ReplyDeleteI love that I can see your efforts to occupy yourself--look at all of that gorgeous color! I want to live in a word that saturated. Now I know what I need to do to have my brain work more like yours. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the shot of Velour. And I agree that music and art are the last refuge in our Y-generation existence.
